Take 10 minutes on a Monday morning to ask your AI assistant five questions about Linnworks. We promise you’ll catch something the previous Friday’s rush hid.
1. “Which orders are still open from before Friday?”
If a despatch slipped, this is where it shows. The MCP server filters Open Orders by date and you get a short list of anything that’s been sitting longer than three calendar days.
2. “Which SKUs sold more than expected last week?”
Compare last week’s sales to the previous four-week average. Anything spiking is either a winner you should reorder more of, or a warning sign.
3. “Which purchase orders should have arrived by now but haven’t?”
Suppliers slip. Linnworks knows expected dates. Your AI can cross-reference the date with today’s and tell you which suppliers to chase.
4. “What were our biggest refunds last week and why?”
If the same SKU keeps showing up in refunds, that’s a quality, listing or supplier problem you want to surface fast. Don’t let it hide.
5. “Which customers ordered more than once in the last 30 days?”
Loyalty signals. Use this list for a quick thank-you email, a VIP discount, or a cross-sell campaign.
The point
None of these are technically hard. Linnworks has all the data. But running each of them by hand takes 20–40 minutes total. Asking your AI takes 90 seconds.
